Once you place your order, we may contact you with any questions we have concerning the order. Please make sure we have correct email and phone contacts for you. Please review your order confirmation and RESPOND IMMEDIATELY if you see any errors or need to make any changes! Once your order has been moved to processing, we are unable to make any changes to your order, or cancel the order. You will not be able to get a refund on these times once they have been ordered.
TYSC will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax of 7% for orders.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Take note, a credit fee will be added if you would like to use your credit card. We also accept Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, and Google Pay. We do not add any additional fees to any of these forms of payments, and highly recommend their use!
Treat Yo Self Customs strives for customer satisfaction – we want you to love your new purchase! However, due to the nature of our business, personalized items will not be refunded, UNLESS THERE IS AN ERROR ON OUR PART. Please make sure that you have confirmed the correct spelling, punctuation, color, and size for all orders. Please look at the sizing specs for each item, if there is not one shown please contact us for further information and we will be glad to provide that. TYSC does everything we can to ensure all orders are accurate, but in the off chance we have made an error, and the item you received does not match the order; we will gladly exchange it for the correct item if available.
TYSC takes pride in inspecting each item thoroughly to make certain it is free of defects before sending it to you, if by chance you find we overlooked something, please contact us and we will determine the best way to handle your situation. You must contact us within 14 days from the time your order was shipped for us to correct this. (Brittany@TreatYoSelfCustoms.com) TYSC does not give REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on custom work that is done on a customers brought in item or on any product more than 14 days after you receive it. If you damage an item we cannot refund nor return it. All returns must be in the same packaging as sent! We do not replace phone cases that have been dropped. You must email a photo to Brittany@TreatYoSelfCustoms.com if you have received a damaged or incorrect item. We will replace the original ordered item if available, but will need a picture to verify. Email your picture to Brittany@TreatYoSelfCustoms.com with detailed info about your order. We will also need all incorrect items returned to us!
You are responsible for return shipping fees. Return items must remain unwashed, tagged, and un-worn. Include your original receipt along with the return form included with original shipment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We currently ship via USPS and UPS, you will be provided with a shipping confirmation and tracking as soon as it ships. If you live in the Savannah, GA area, feel free to request local pick-up, we will be more than happy to meet you and bring your custom gift!
Shipping charges vary based on where you live. Make sure to provide a good address, so we can quote you appropriatly. Often we may have specials on shipping rates. Watch our social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest) and make sure to join our Facebook Group for the latest and greatest info on all our deals!
We are not responsible for items lost while in transition, although, we will do our best to help locate it if this happens.
Normal shipping time is 7-14 business days after the order is received. Orders during hi-volume seasons may take longer, so please order in plenty of time. If you have a specific date you need your order by, please make sure we know and we will do everything we can to make sure you get it in time if we can.

We will be glad to create custom creations on your items not purchased at TYSC if you are local. Please reach out to us so we can discuss details further in person. Pricing begins at $10 and may increase depending on the size of the personalization.
TYSC post pictures of orders on social network sites such as Facebook, and Instagram. We will not tag you in photos, but you are welcome to do that yourself. We appreciate your positive comments and advertisement. If you prefer the item not be posted, please submit that request to us via email or leave a note in the comment section of the order. We won’t post any November-December orders until January, knowing that most orders are Christmas gifts.
While we try to do everything we can to ensure all information is correct on our site, In the event a product is listed with an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, TYSC has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for those products whether or not the credit card has been charged. A refund to your credit card in the amount charged will be made.
TYSC strives to provide a secure shopping experience by using industry standard data encryption. Security features include password protection for our databases, encrypted visa information storage, and regular purging of any personal data gathered during the purchase process.
Credit Card information is not stored on our server, all transactions are completed through Square one of the nation’s leading ecommerce transaction providers or digital payment vendors such as Venmo, PayPal, Cash app, and Facebook pay.
